Crossover Productions was established in 1993 with funding from German investors to develop and produce English language feature films, television movies, series and documentaries. With an eye to utilizing creative and production elements from both continents, our mission is to create compelling entertainment that empowers, enriches and inspires audiences worldwide. Crossover Productions is based in Los Angeles with offices in Hamburg.


Jordana Glick-Franzheim, Producer / President

Jordana is currently in production with YOUTH IN REVOLT for the Weinstein Company. She most recently associate produced the feature film MANAGEMENT, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn for Sidney Kimmel Entertainment; THE MARC PEASE EXPERIENCE, directed by Todd Louiso and starring Ben Stiller and Jason Schwarzman, for Paramount Vantage; and FREEDOM WRITERS, written and directed by Richard LaGravenese and starring Hilary Swank, for Paramount Pictures. Her other producing credits include the acclaimed German language feature film DIAMONDS with Neue Deutsche Film of Munich; and the documentary SHOOTING IN THE LINE OF FIRE for Columbia Pictures co-directed by Danny Petersen and Katja Von Garnier for Columbia Pictures International.

With over fifteen years experience in the American and European film industries, Jordana specializes in developing projects and co-production financing strategies with European film funds and private equity from European and American investors.

Prior to founding Crossover Productions, Jordana was Director of Development for Bernd Eichinger's Neue Constantin Film Produktion in Munich where she developed projects for the American and European markets such as THE HOUSE OF SPIRITS directed by Bille August and starring Meryl Streep and Jeremy Irons.

Jordana is fluent in German and functionally fluent in French.


Nan Morales, Producer / Executive Producer

Nan Morales is currently in production with YOUTH IN REVOLT for the Weinstein Company. She most recently executive produced MANAGEMENT, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn for Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. She recently completed executive producing THE MARC PEASE EXPERIENCE, starring Ben Stiller and Jason Schwartzman, for Paramount Vantage.

In 2006, Morales executive produced YEAR OF THE DOG, written and directed by Mike White and starring Molly Shannon for Paramount Vantage and Plan B, and Executive Produced FREEDOM WRITERS for Paramount Pictures, directed by Richard LaGravenese and staring Hilary Swank. Morales also co-produced the boxoffice hit COACH CARTER for Paramount Pictures, directed by Thomas Carter and starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Prior to teaming up with Crossover Productions, Nan Morales was Vice President of Feature Production management at Paramount Pictures, where she supervised the box-office hits:
