Crossover Productions was established in 1993 with funding from German investors to develop and produce English language feature films, television movies, series and documentaries for the global market with an eye to utilizing the creative and production elements of both continents. Crossover Productions is based in Los Angeles with offices in Hamburg.


Jordana Glick-Franzheim is currently associate producing MANAGEMENT, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn. She recently completed associate producing THE MARC PEASE EXPERIENCE, directed by Todd Louiso and starring Ben Stiller and Jason Schwarzman, for Paramount Vantage. In 2006, she associate produced FREEDOM WRITERS, written and directed by Richard LaGravenese and starring Hilary Swank, for Paramount Pictures.

With over fifteen years experience in the American and European film industries, Jordana specializes in developing projects and co-production financing strategies with European film funds and private equity from European and American investors.

Jordana's other credits include developing and producing the critically acclaimed German language film DIAMONDS, with Neue Deutsche Film of Munich; and SHOOTING IN THE LINE OF FIRE a documentary co-directed by Danny Petersen and Katja Von Garnier for Columbia Pictures International.

Prior to founding Crossover Productions, Jordana was Director of Development for Bernd Eichinger's Neue Constantin Film Produktion in Munich where she developed projects for the American and European markets such as THE HOUSE OF SPIRITS directed by Bille August and starring Meryl Streep and Jeremy Irons.

She is fluent in German and functionally fluent in French.



Nan Morales is currently executive producing MANAGEMENT, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn for Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. She recently completed executive producing THE MARC PEASE EXPERIENCE, starring Ben Stiller and Jason Schwartzman, for Paramount Vantage.

In 2006, Morales executive produced YEAR OF THE DOG, written and directed by Mike White and starring Molly Shannon for Paramount Vantage and Plan B, and Executive Produced FREEDOM WRITERS for Paramount Pictures, directed by Richard LaGravenese and staring Hilary Swank.

Morales also co-produced the boxoffice hit COACH CARTER for Paramount Pictures, directed by Thomas Carter and starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Prior to teaming up with Crossover Productions, Nan Morales was Vice President of Feature Production management at Paramount Pictures, where she supervised the box-office hits LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER, directed by Simon West and starring Angelina Jolie; SAVE THE LAST DANCE directed by Thomas Carter and starring Julia Stiles; SLEEPY HOLLOW directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci; RUNAWAY BRIDE directed by Garry Marshall and starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere; ELECTION directed by Alexander Payne and starring Reece Witherspoon; FACE OFF directed by John Woo and starring John Travolta and Nicholas Cage; IN & OUT directed by Frank Oz and starring Kevin Kline; STAR TREK: FIRST CONTACT directed by Johnathan Frakes and starring Patrick Stewart; PRIMAL FEAR directed by Gregory Hoblit starring Richard Gere and Edward Norton; and CLUELESS directed by Amy Heckerling.
